Who we are

A civils contractor built around roads

From the first cut of earthworks to the final surfacing pass, we take on the full build of carriageways, access roads, car parks and hardstandings — and the drainage, kerbing and groundworks that hold them together.

We are an independent, family-run business working the length and breadth of Northern Ireland. Our teams run their own plant, set out to drawing, and finish to the standard the job is measured against. Whether it is a private estate road, a commercial yard or highway works for a main contractor, the approach is the same: sound ground, clean lines, and a surface that lasts.

What we do

Complete civil engineering capability

Six core disciplines that let us take a road or site scheme from cleared ground to finished surface under one contract.

Road construction & surfacing

New carriageways, access roads and resurfacing — from sub-base and binder course to the final asphalt wearing surface.

Groundworks & earthworks

Site clearance, bulk excavation, cut and fill, formation and sub-base — ground prepared and levelled to drawing.

Drainage & sewers

Surface-water and foul drainage, gullies, manholes and connections — laid, bedded and tested to fall.

Kerbing & footpaths

Kerb lines, edgings, footways and paving — set true to line and level to define and protect the carriageway.

Car parks & hardstandings

Commercial car parks, yards and hardstandings built to carry load — drained, surfaced and marked out.

Site development & civils

Enabling works, estate infrastructure and public/highway schemes delivered as principal or for main contractors.

How we deliver

From cleared ground to open road

A straight line through every scheme — four stages, run in sequence by our own teams and plant.

01

Set out & enable

Survey, set out to drawing, strip and clear the site and put the right access and welfare in place.

02

Earthworks & drainage

Cut, fill and form to level, then lay the drainage and services before anything goes over the top.

03

Sub-base & kerbs

Build up the sub-base, set kerb lines and edgings, and get the road box true to line and level.

04

Surface & finish

Bind and surface, roll to spec, mark out and reinstate — handed over clean and ready to carry traffic.

Built to spec

Heavy civils, done properly

Roads take a beating, so we build them to stand it. We work to the drawings and the specification, keep records as we go, and don't move on until each layer is right. That discipline is what lets a surface hold its line season after season.

  • Directly employed groundworkers and machine operators
  • Modern excavators, rollers, dumpers and pavers on site
  • Set out, levels and falls checked before surfacing
  • Health, safety and environment taken seriously on every job

Established since 2013

A steady, independent civils firm with the practical experience that only comes from years on the tools.

Own plant & teams

Machines and crews under our own control, so programmes are met and quality is kept in-house.

Northern Ireland wide

Working across all six counties, from single access roads to full site infrastructure packages.

Finished to standard

Levels checked, layers built up properly and every job handed over clean and complete.

Where we work
